By accessing or using the Joyful Custom Shop website, or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

We work hard to describe and photograph every product accurately. Because each item is handcrafted, small variations in color, grain, and finish are part of what makes your piece one of a kind. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Occasionally an item may be listed with a pricing or description error; in that case we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order and issue a full refund.

Personalized and custom items are made specifically for you and, for that reason, are final sale. Once production has begun we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds except in the case of a defect or an error on our part.

All designs, logos, product photography, illustrations, graphics, and written content on this website are the property of Joyful Custom Shop and are protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

When you submit artwork, text, or images for a custom order, you confirm that you own the rights to that content or have permission to use it. You grant us a limited license to use it to fulfill your order.

You are responsible for reviewing all personalization details — spelling, dates, names, fonts, colors, and any uploaded artwork — before submitting your order or approving a proof. Once you approve, we produce exactly what was approved. We cannot offer replacements or refunds for typos or errors submitted by the customer.

Payment is required in full at the time of checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor. Your order enters production once payment is confirmed.

You may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, so long as production has not yet begun. After that window, or once we've cut materials or begun printing/engraving, cancellation is no longer possible. To request a cancellation, email support@joyfulcustomshop.com right away.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Joyful Custom Shop is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or our products. Our maximum liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
